Question and Answer session


At the end of every interview, interviewer may ask “Do you have any questions for us?”
Avoid keeping quiet, ask questions but don’t ask too much. Limit to below 5 questions. Also do not ask about salary & benefits unless it is HR/final interview.
I am sure you will be curious to know the following:

· What would be type of person that is suitable for this job
· What is the key challenge for this role
· What is the key performance indicator
· What are the prospects for growth and advancement?
· How does one advance in the company?
· How would you describe a typical week/day in this position
· May I know when can I hear from you on the outcome of this interview
