Any interview process from the initial point of HR contacting you for interview arrangement up till offer & negotiation stage will take around 1-2 months in average. This duration excludes the duration of about 3-4 months when you click on “Apply” button until you receive the first call for interview.
Therefore if you are looking for jobs, better start clicking. Not forgetting that you will need at least 1-2months to serve notice. So you will expect to join the company in Dec if you start on Apr/May.
In smaller companies/firms, you will probably go through at least 3 interviews, whereas bigger multinationals, you can expect at least 2 interviews.
