My personal experience for a senior role; I went through at least 5 rounds of interview. The process took about 2.5months.
1st– Hiring Manager
2nd– Dept Manager (phone interview)
3rd- Dept Manager
4th- Country Manager (phone interview)
5th- Country Manager
Common interview process for a fresh graduate will take average 2-3 rounds.

Offer & negotiation
The figure is indirect proportional to the size of company. The smaller the company, the more rounds you will need to get through. Because the decision maker lies within top management.
1st interview comes with the purpose to see if you are qualified to perform the job. 2nd would be more towards your attitude to fit to their culture/environment. In other words, whether you are able to adapt & eventually stay longer
Small companies can’t afford to hire, train & have the person leaving after few months especially for fresh graduate. Same applies to other companies as well.
Therefore, do not be exhausted! Instead be happy as more rounds you go through, you are a step nearer to success.
