We go through hundreds of job advertisements; whether we are searching for jobs or not. Job adverts comes through many channels; newspaper, job portals, emails, blogs, etc...
Some job titles/position sounds weird or uncommon, but if you do take time to look through & analyze the details, you will discover that it isn't. Eg: Acoustic Engineer is similar to Product Development Engineer for Audio Products.
A job advertisement consists of 5 portions
(1) company description - briefly explains history of company, products, industry & some states the financial status as well
(2) job title / position
(3) job responsibilities - the role & job scope of the position
(4) job requirements - criteria for hiring
(5) contacts / email / address
In order to match a job seeker's experience to the job advertisement, the most important will be the company description, job responsibilities & requirements.
For fresh graduate's guide, the keyword to look for will be "Open for Fresh Graduates" or "Fresh Graduates Are Encouraged to Apply". You can also grab the oportunity to apply to job adverts which requires junior / 1-2 yrs experience. In case there is no suitable experienced job seeker, perhaps company might call you up.
