Fresh Graduate's Channel

As a fresh graduate, when you walk out of universities/college/institution, your 1st task is to look for jobs available in the market & start applying. Here are the list of channels to go through for that purpose.

(1) Online job portal (e.g Jobstreet, Jobsdb, Monster, JenJobs, Kareer.Com.My)
Do register with these job portals as you will receive updates on job vacancies which are relevant to you

(2) Recruitment agency (e.g Select Appointments, Career Wise, Adecco, , JAC, GMP, Manpower, Kelly Services, AllStaff)
Engage with recruiters. They are there to assist you to get a job. Also you are able to receive tips on resume writing & interview preparations. Most of the services provided from recruitment agencies are free for job seekers

(3) Company website
Look for the company website & apply to jobs/ vacancies online

(4) Career Fair / Expo
Expand your opportunities with hiring companies. Get to know what is in the market as well.

(5) Network - Friend / Coursemate / Relatives
Keep in touch with friends / coursemates especially those who are senior than you. They are able to keep you informed of job vacancies available on first hand basis

(6) Newspaper / Magazine
Invest in newspaper / magazine to add to your chances of getting a job
